Candidates must possess a valid Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) driver’s license and meet all requirements for a Class A CDL, demonstrating a commitment to safe driving practices. Prior experience as a dispatcher, particularly within a healthcare or logistics environment, is preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
The Dispatcher – CMV will provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers, ensuring a positive patient experience. They will be responsible for routing deliveries, scheduling pickups and deliveries, monitoring driver progress, and proactively addressing patient concerns and issues related to deliveries. Additionally, the role involves supporting field teams, operations, and sales by providing feedback, problem-solving common complaints, and contributing to the development and implementation of employee programs to foster a positive company culture.
