Requirements

Entry-level position with ability to work within defined parameters under direction
Managing and interpreting data from Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, including patient history, equipment needs, and insurance details
Accurate coding and understanding of equipment specifications prior to dispatch
Deep knowledge of types of medical equipment and their setup requirements
Technological proficiency for order entry
Logistical planning skills for efficient handling of equipment delivery orders
Ability to handle high-volume medical orders, including urgent hospital discharges and routine pickups
Adherence to standard policies and practices with some room for interpretation, deviation, and independent discretion

Responsibilities

Acting as a link between intake processing and fulfillment teams
Analyzing work orders to understand specific requirements and urgency
Prioritizing and organizing work orders into efficient geographical routes
Developing and managing daily routes per territory, considering order complexity, cycle times, and delivery setups
Coordinating various types of deliveries, pickups, and exchanges in urban and rural locations
