Responsibilities

Planejar e executar estratégias de promoção médica e geração de demanda em HCPs, farmácias, hospitais, clínicas, etc (presenciais, remotas e digitais)
Buscar níveis altos de satisfação dos clientes nos projetos em execução (NPS score)
Estruturar e expandir o “base business” através de um relacionamento diferenciado com os clientes
Liderar equipes multidisciplinares, promovendo desenvolvimento de pessoas e excelência operacional
Analisar indicadores de desempenho (com foco em produtividade e performance) e implementar melhorias contínuas
Estimular integração entre o serviço de outsourcing de FV e outros serviços da IQVIA para gerar maior valor aos clientes e desenvolver novas ofertas
