Responsibilities

  • Atuar como principal estrategista da área comercial, com profundo conhecimento do mercado, comportamento dos clientes e tendências do setor
  • Definir, implementar e liderar a estratégia comercial da companhia, garantindo alinhamento com os objetivos corporativos e metas de crescimento sustentável
  • Gerir e expandir a carteira de clientes, promovendo relacionamento de longo prazo e soluções customizadas que agreguem valor
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), assegurando o atingimento de metas de vendas, rentabilidade e satisfação dos clientes
  • Identificar e liderar oportunidades estratégicas de negócios, incluindo parcerias, fusões e aquisições que acelerem o crescimento da companhia
  • Inspirar, desenvolver e liderar equipes de alta performance em ambiente desafiador e dinâmico
  • Atuar em modelo matricial, integrando as metas da área comercial com os objetivos estratégicos das Unidades de Negócio
  • Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com times especialistas por produto, promovendo sinergia e foco na entrega de valor ao cliente
