Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree, ideally a BCom/BS/B Eng. degree, or equivalent practical experience in conjunction with a less technical bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated success leading and delivering results in highly matrixed, geographically distributed organizations, collaborating across sales, product, legal, compliance, engineering, and finance to drive strategic initiatives in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex initiatives concurrently, balancing strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable business outcomes under tight deadlines
  • Extensive experience supporting and influencing sales teams and executive leadership in metric-driven, global environments, providing strategic insights, synthesizing data, and crafting compelling narratives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Advanced capability in synthesizing and communicating complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable recommendations for executive audiences, enabling informed decision-making and alignment across business units
  • Deep expertise in project and program management, leading global and cross-functional teams to deliver results

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue momentum for generalist-distributed products through identifying client-pain points and solutions to support
  • Identify and execute in-year opportunities and business drivers to ensure VAS achieves or exceeds its Net Revenue targets
  • In collaboration with Regional/Global VAS teams, and the AuNZPI Strategy & Transformation team deliver portfolio-specific strategy development spanning Issuing Solutions, Acceptance Solutions or Risk, Identity and Dispute Services
  • Identify and design commercial terms to prospect mutually beneficial partnerships that scale the distribution of Visa solutions to non-FI clients
  • Manage new product development (or acquisition) integration needs from Asia-Pacific Hub and Global to ensure alignment with local ecosystem and VAS Team
  • Identify key features that inform product roadmap across all VAS products
  • Lead the commercialization efforts for new VAS products (or acquisitions), including go-to-market, commercialization and launch planning
  • Champion the adoption of digital tools and GenAI-driven process enhancements to improve seller productivity and client outcomes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the VP of VAS Sales to ensure ongoing business planning and reporting to Cluster, Hub and Global is consistent and of high-quality
