Requirements

  • 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 8 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or at least 3 years with a PhD
  • Preferred: 12+ years with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8-10 years with an Advanced Degree, or 6+ years with a PhD

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a forward-looking learning strategy aligned with business goals and workforce transformation
  • Champion the use of AI and adaptive learning technologies to create sophisticated and optimized learning journeys
  • Lead the design of high-impact learning programs using evidence-based instructional design methodologies
  • Oversee the creation of digital, blended, and experiential learning formats tailored to diverse learner needs
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage cutting-edge learning platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia, LMS systems)
  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., generative AI, chatbots, recommendation engines) into learning workflows and content creation
  • Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and learning priorities
  • Drive adoption and engagement through compelling communication, change management, and enablement strategies
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for learning programs, use data analytics to assess impact and continuously improve
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure learning solutions remain innovative and relevant
  • Craft performance scorecards that drive decisive actions, ensuring visibility and accountability across the organization
