Requirements

Candidates must possess 7-10 years of Workday or other ERP technical consulting implementation experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proven experience leading a virtual team is required, along with characteristics such as being a fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, and enjoying fast-paced work environments. The ability to work well within and across teams, along with sales engagement experience in estimating and presenting to prospects, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Director, Technical Consulting Services will manage Workday data, integrations, Prism, Reporting, Extend, and AI initiatives across the EMEA region, linking into global Workday practice and Cognizant wider EPS initiatives. This role involves overseeing a team of expert managers, setting strategic direction, and assisting the sales team with sales activities like orals, estimations, and Statements of Work. Responsibilities include project oversight, supporting RFP responses, resourcing technical experts, leading and managing a diverse, remote team of consultants, promoting a challenging and innovative work environment, driving high customer satisfaction, mentoring and coaching team members, analyzing team skills for cross-training, advising management on team expertise and availability, and managing the performance review process for the consulting team.
