Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance or related field
8–10 years of experience in strategic finance system transformations and integrations
Proven expertise in NetSuite administration, enhancements, and integrations
Direct experience with full-cycle finance system implementations, including analysis, design, testing, and support
Strong understanding of finance and HR processes within enterprise systems
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Lead Celigo-based API integrations between NetSuite and Replicon, Paylocity, HubSpot, Concur, and future CLM tools
Architect dataflows, error handling, and reconciliation; enhance NetSuite with new modules, customizations, workflows, and reporting
Build and maintain a connected ERP, HRIS, CRM, resource, expense, and CLM ecosystem, defining systems of record and enforcing governance for data accuracy
Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and scalability and serve as the escalation point for system issues, balancing short-term fixes with long-term improvements
Translate executive priorities into technology roadmaps and integration initiatives
Lead projects from requirements through deployment and post–go-live support, managing vendors to meet deliverables and SLAs
Document integrations and workflows, monitor risks and dependencies, and design integration-driven data structures for analytics and executive dashboards
Ensure enterprise data accuracy, leverage AI/ML for anomaly detection and predictive reporting, and recommend emerging technologies where appropriate
Train Finance and Operations teams and drive adoption of new workflows and system enhancements
Mentor and develop the NetSuite & Systems Administrator
