Requirements

Understanding of Hospitality/Retail industry and Payments industry is critical
German native speaker and/or speaks other languages (Italian, French)
Strong understanding of the Swiss market and connected/recognized person within the industry
Commercial drive with proven track record of business delivery from accounts/partners managed
Background in Partnerships Management, Account Management, or Product Management
Monitors changes in competitive landscape and industry analyst reviews to understand market trends
Ability to challenge status quo, hold position, navigate discussions, and pick up issues at the right time
Enjoys brainstorming, asking questions, learning, and collaborating respectfully

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of existing Partners to drive engagement and grow commercial relations resulting in incoming leads
Participate in analysing the market, make recommendations on potential partners, and prepare crisp business cases
Act as key support for the local Sales Director to strengthen Planet's presence and market share in Switzerland
Identify and target new Strategic Partners with influential roles that bring new business opportunities
Pitch and solution sell by crafting compelling joint value propositions for partners
Drive commercial results and be accountable for KPIs on new business value from strategic partners
Work with Swiss sales team to capture commercial opportunities and with Product & Technology for product prioritisation
Collaborate with Partner Marketing team to drive partnership awareness and engagement campaigns
