Requirements

  • Creative strategist always on the forefront of social media trends across platforms, channels, technology, content, culture, talent, and commerce
  • Experience working with marketing leadership to integrate content, talent, partnerships, and influencers to drive audience growth, engagement, brand awareness, and sales
  • Ability to operate a multi-speed offense, supporting annual and seasonal plans through social innovation while building and operating an agile team to capitalize on real-time culture
  • Expertise in serving as a key stakeholder in developing, implementing, and managing social platform strategies for organic and paid content across multiple brands
  • Skills in social listening to track, analyze, and engage in conversations for community building
  • Proficiency in managing KPIs for social media efforts across outbound and inbound initiatives
  • Experience identifying and sharing insights on trends, feedback, and engagement via daily and weekly reports
  • Capability to manage engagement-focused budgets for Facebook and Instagram paid boosts and ads via Facebook Ads Manager
  • Ability to build content strategies, shot lists, and coordinate resources, talent, environments, and accessories with Brand, Experience, and Creative teams
  • Experience developing rotating 30-day content calendars supporting sales and marketing strategies
  • Skills in providing input on go-to-market strategies for new product launches and brand campaigns to maximize social media reach
  • Experience partnering with Paid, Creative, Brand, and Influencer teams on campaigns, content creation, and community maximization
  • Leadership experience in leading a social media team, providing skills, resources, and guidance

Responsibilities

  • Own global social strategies and communities for Cellucor, C4 Energy, and Xtend brands
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in the development, implementation, and management of individual social platform strategies involving organic and paid content distribution across all three brands
  • Create and acquire relevant content in various formats and publish directly to social media platforms
  • Actively engage in social listening to track, analyze, and engage in conversations to increase community building
  • Own KPIs of social media efforts across both outbound and inbound initiatives
  • Identify and share insights on trends, feedback, and engagement through daily and weekly detailed reports
  • Manage all engagement-focused budgets to support Facebook and Instagram paid boosts and ads via the Facebook Ads Manager
  • Build content strategies, shot lists, and coordinate resources, talent, environments, and other accessories to create ideal content captures in conjunction with the Brand, Experience, and Creative teams
  • Develop rotating 30-day calendars for all brands that support sales and marketing strategies across all business categories
  • Provide input on go-to-market strategies for new product launches and brand campaigns to maximize reach across social media properties
  • Partner with the Paid team on initiatives that drive results for brand and product marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Brand teams in the creation of highly relevant content experiences for targeted audiences
  • Collaborate with the Influencer team to maximize community and ambassador content
  • Lead a social team and enable the team to do their best work with the skills, resources, and guidance needed
