Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the Small Business sales strategy and pipeline to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the Senior Director, Small Business - Business Development, to align efforts with organizational goals
- Contribute to achieving key performance indicators, including revenue, payment volume, and partner engagement
- Assist in delivering tailored solutions that meet prospective clients’ business objectives while educating them on Visa’s offerings
- Participate in the development, negotiation, and execution of partnership proposals by coordinating with internal stakeholders and engaging with partner executives
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure partner solutions align with Visa’s strategy and client needs
- Help identify and address complex challenges impacting business direction and partner relationships
- Provide insights and updates to internal teams on market trends and partnership opportunities
- Maintain regular communication with senior leadership to share progress and key developments
- Build and nurture strong relationships across client organizations and within Visa
- Maintain and update the Small Business sales pipeline using Dynamics CRM
- Serve as a key contributor within the Small Business sales team, supporting business development efforts and implementing strategies to generate new revenue
