Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the Small Business sales strategy and pipeline to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director, Small Business - Business Development, to align efforts with organizational goals
  • Contribute to achieving key performance indicators including revenue, payment volume, and partner engagement
  • Assist in delivering tailored solutions that meet prospective clients’ business objectives while educating them on Visa’s offerings
  • Participate in the development, negotiation, and execution of partnership proposals by coordinating with internal stakeholders and engaging with partner executives
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure partner solutions align with Visa’s strategy and client needs
  • Help identify and address complex challenges impacting business direction and partner relationships
  • Provide insights and updates to internal teams on market trends and partnership opportunities
  • Maintain regular communication with senior leadership to share progress and key developments
  • Build and nurture strong relationships across client organizations and within Visa
  • Serve as a key contributor within the Small Business sales team, supporting business development efforts and implementing strategies that generate new revenue
