The Director, Sales Operations will lead and manage the Area Sales Support team, driving critical KPIs and ensuring effective resource allocation. They will be responsible for talent management, including recruitment, coaching, and development of direct reports. Furthermore, the role involves leveraging data analysis to identify performance opportunities, translating strategy into Area implementation plans, and streamlining sales processes to improve productivity and performance. The Director will also oversee training and event management initiatives to enhance the sales team’s skills and knowledge, and collaborate with commercial excellence to drive consistency and improve area performance.
