This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.
The role involves leading the sales operations team, partnering on GTM strategy, optimizing sales execution, aligning cross-functionally, advising revenue leaders, managing sales data and analytics, overseeing the tech stack, and driving process optimization.
You will lead a team of sales operations professionals and managers, cascading vision, strategy, and initiatives while partnering with executives.
The position reports to the VP of Operations.
