Responsibilities

  • Identify, interview, and recruit top-tier sales talent to build an elite team
  • Lead other sales leaders on your team
  • Foster a high-performance culture and lead by example
  • Demonstrate capabilities of cutting-edge point-of-sale solutions to empower your team
  • Maintain regular communication with your VP to align sales strategies
  • Recruit, train, and lead sales leaders and their teams to success
  • Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas), including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, and other relevant data
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, aligning with organizational goals
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to assess progress, identify improvements, and implement data-driven solutions
  • Continuously build knowledge of current product/service portfolio and developments in the financial technology industry
  • Attend and lead weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-ones with your Sales VP
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
