Requirements

Master’s degree or MBA (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences (required)
Proven experience in program management, training operations, or large-scale capability-building (highly preferred)
Strong presentation skills, particularly to senior-level stakeholders (required)
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and engage with cross-functional teams (required)
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex logistics across global teams (required)
Digital savviness in sharing information and leveraging digital tools for communication (required)

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of all AI learning experiences – including workshops, onboarding, executive sessions, and hands-on training events
Liaise with key partners across L&D, IT, Legal, and Comms, as well as with external vendors, to ensure smooth execution and platform readiness
Own and maintain the execution roadmap, including quarterly training calendars, launch schedules, and event timelines
Oversee logistics from end to end: registration flows, scheduling, materials, live support, and follow-up
Track and report operational KPIs and adoption metrics, including attendance, satisfaction, completion rates, post-session engagement, and early indicators of behavior change
Identify and address execution challenges proactively - using feedback and data to continuously optimize both the learner experience and operational delivery
