Requirements

  • Master’s degree or MBA (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences (required)
  • Proven experience in program management, training operations, or large-scale capability-building (highly preferred)
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly to senior-level stakeholders (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and engage with cross-functional teams (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex logistics across global teams (required)
  • Digital savviness in sharing information and leveraging digital tools for communication (required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of all AI learning experiences – including workshops, onboarding, executive sessions, and hands-on training events
  • Liaise with key partners across L&D, IT, Legal, and Comms, as well as with external vendors, to ensure smooth execution and platform readiness
  • Own and maintain the execution roadmap, including quarterly training calendars, launch schedules, and event timelines
  • Oversee logistics from end to end: registration flows, scheduling, materials, live support, and follow-up
  • Track and report operational KPIs and adoption metrics, including attendance, satisfaction, completion rates, post-session engagement, and early indicators of behavior change
  • Identify and address execution challenges proactively - using feedback and data to continuously optimize both the learner experience and operational delivery
