Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leaders in Product, Tech, and Business Analysis to develop and pilot a standard approach to building innovative products at Capital One, including processes, tools, and templates
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for rolling out and continuously improving the product development life cycle at Capital One
  • Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to integrate elements into Product College trainings and resources
  • Lead 1 or more direct reports and work with cross-functional teams, with potential for growth
  • Develop business strategies driving growth, profitability, and competitive success amid shifting consumer and regulatory demands
  • Partner with Product Managers, Design, and Engineering to build the best products for Capital One and its partners
  • Coordinate across lines of business to manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements, and execute against product strategy
  • Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
  • Work closely with colleagues across Tech, Product, Design, and others to drive improvements in quality, volume, service, and profitability
  • Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Product Council Initiatives to enable and grow the Product job family, including potential build of internal product or evaluation of vendor products to support Product Managers through ideation, creation, and iteration
