Responsibilities

  • Identifying and driving core and common capabilities that scale and align to the equity groups’ multiple channels, ensuring robust governance, prioritization, and delivery
  • Defining and delivering on the team’s offering and solution development
  • Managing Equity’s engagements and collaboration across its various functions
  • Working with business partners in Technology, Finance, Regulatory Reporting and others to execute on FCM and Equity Team initiatives
  • Working closely with internal channel business partners, data scientists, technologists, and operations staff to continuously refine our offering, solutions, and broader processes
  • Improving core and common capabilities that can be leveraged by various business lines and FCM desks
  • Driving efficient product prioritization and delivery to benefit Fidelity customers
  • Communicating progress, risks, and countermeasures effectively within the team and more broadly to key team members
