A minimum of 12 years of product management experience is required, including 8+ years in leadership roles, preferably within enterprise mobility, security, or AI-driven products. Proven success in delivering AI-enabled mobile solutions, particularly for the Android platform in enterprise settings, is essential. Experience in leading 0 to 1 product initiatives, validating product-market fit, and driving innovations to scalable market releases is highly valued. A deep understanding of mobile security, device management, AI/ML technologies, and on-device intelligence frameworks is necessary, along with strong technical acumen to engage effectively with engineers and data scientists. Excellent leadership, team building, and communication skills are critical, supported by a track record of managing cross-functional teams and large-scale product launches. Experience in defining product roadmaps and go-to-market plans in highly regulated or security-sensitive environments, coupled with a strong customer orientation and the ability to translate complex needs into scalable solutions, is required. The ability to travel internationally up to 25% is also a requirement.
