Responsibilities

  • Lead product management for common capabilities across deployment pipeline lifecycle
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment in managing operational risk with customer experience
  • Set the vision and strategy that is industry researched and customer backed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across cybersecurity, risk, compliance, supplier management, engineering, and lines of business
  • Drive roadmap and strategy while keeping a pulse on industry landscape, customer/stakeholder needs, and vendor roadmap
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, defining success metrics, and ongoing enhancements
  • Design and deliver best-in-class managed compute solutions improving software delivery teams' quality of life while maintaining high quality and security standards
  • Work with stakeholders to identify pain points for software development teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle
  • Advocate for customer needs to inform platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business outcomes
  • Shape multi-year strategies and partner with tech teams to deliver platform features
