Requirements

Experience in product management, defining, promoting, and driving strategic roadmaps for current and future products
Ability to identify potential products and emerging markets; lead market research efforts
Skills in generating product requirements, determining specifications, creating product roadmaps, conducting competitive assessments, and product positioning
Expertise in crafting marketing strategies for new product introductions and managing the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Capability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities
Experience working with complex and strategic customers to develop and prioritize high-level product requirements into processes and business strategies
Ability to collaborate with technology, sales, and cross-functional teams on product implementation, upgrades, and deployments

Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies for products and product lines, driving initiatives to establish business standards and competitive positioning

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Product Managers
Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to identify and drive the strategic vision and delivery of innovative new products/product lines
Implement goals, objectives, and work standards for the department
Execute strategic plans and product roadmap by providing direction to the product development team for product evolution and priorities, incorporating market activities, usage analysis, competitive response, and market research
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, defining high-level customer requirements for the entire customer experience including product features, functions, target markets, and pricing
