Responsibilities

This role involves serving as a senior point of contact for cross-functional partners, building consensus with executive stakeholders, and creating strategic design deliverables like experience roadmaps and future-state visions. Responsibilities also include ensuring adherence to quality and accessibility standards, partnering with CX Insights for research strategies, and collaborating with Content Strategy to evolve digital experiences.
