Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience as a People/HR Business Partner
- At least 3 years supporting executive leadership teams
- Global experience is a plus
- Expertise in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership
- Demonstrated experience in a rapidly scaling organization
- Strong ability to manage through ambiguity and constant change
- Proven track record of using data and analytics to drive people strategies

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating business goals into a forward-thinking people strategy
- Identify and solve critical problems, owning high-impact projects that drive People strategy and business forward
- Define and drive large-scale, cross-functional people projects from start to finish
- Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with leadership team
- Provide candid, data-backed insights and challenge the status quo to foster a culture of continuous improvement
