Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Technology, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in healthcare digital transformation, commercial strategy, or consulting
  • Proven success designing and delivering large-scale omnichannel programs for pharmaceutical or biotech clients
  • Strong understanding of life sciences commercialization, including field enablement and post-launch support
  • Expertise with healthcare data ecosystems, CRM and martech platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketo)
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, presenting complex strategies with clarity
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and evaluating ROI for digital programs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Knowledge of regulations governing digital marketing in healthcare (e.g., FDA, HIPAA)
