Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize best-in-class hiring processes to attract and close top talent with a data-driven approach
  • Own recruiting for select high-priority roles
  • Lead and scale the Talent team to increase and evolve hiring velocity with business demand
  • Implement high-impact feedback and performance management systems, holding a high bar for talent while fostering a values-driven, high-energy workplace
  • Act as a key advisor to the leadership team, driving Talent strategy that supports business goals and long-term growth
  • Scale the Talent Function by leading and growing the Talent team to meet business needs
  • Be a culture-carrier and beacon of company Values in everything done
  • Own and scale all aspects of talent acquisition including recruiting execution, metrics & analytics, stakeholder partnership, candidate experience, market intelligence, and recruiting operations
  • Work closely with the leadership team to shape talent strategy, systems, and processes to support rapid growth
