Responsibilities

  • Lead the Business: Own and drive cross-functional strategies to identify trends, build plans, and adapt quickly to maximize business opportunities
  • Develop Talent: Inspire and empower Firstline teams, coaching and developing direct reports to unlock their full potential
  • Champion Stores: Act as the conduit between Senior Retail Managers and cross-functional teams to address opportunities and resolve issues on behalf of stores
  • Ensure Excellence: Drive consistent, elevated execution of brand standards and operational processes across all stores
  • Shape Retail Strategy: Lead retail concept strategy and optimize the fleet through real estate excellence and proactive expansion
  • Influence Future Direction: Escalate key insights and trend observations from the field to inform district and company-wide strategies
  • Lead and manage a dynamic retail business to deliver sustainable sales, profit growth, and inventory performance
  • Develop strategies and operational plans that ensure premium execution of the Nike brand at retail, while leveraging deep brick-and-mortar expertise to maximize talent and operational excellence across the territory
