Responsibilities

  • Establish and sustain strategic relationships with healthcare, clinical, and business executives at targeted Strategic Health Systems and facilities to maximize engagement with key decision-makers (30%)
  • Collaborate with Surgery Marketing and JJMT Partners (sales, contracting, finance, SHAPE) to ensure alignment and drive business performance, developing and implementing business strategies that align with market opportunities and customer needs (20%)
  • Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports in regional sales management; elevate sales management abilities by embedding systems and metrics to create a best-in-class sales organization; ensure optimal regional staffing levels, talent acquisition and development, sales deployment, plan, and performance metrics (20%)
  • Champion the development and implementation of best-in-class sales capabilities in Customer Partnership, Digital Sales Excellence, Sales Coaching, Data-Driven Performance Management, and Customer experience systems implementation (Challenger & Butterfly) (20%)
  • Monitor healthcare industry trends, delivery strategies, and marketplace developments to adapt business strategies accordingly (10%)
  • Oversee business operations by leading the Surgery sales organization and mobilizing cross-functional support resources (Marketing, Strategic Account Management, Professional Education, Human Resources)
  • Implement sales capabilities, including policies and strategies to ensure sustained business vitality and success
  • Foster relationships and partner with key executive, economic, and clinical decision-makers across the healthcare system to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance customer engagement
  • Prioritize business opportunities and assess resource needs
