Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree as an occupational therapist, music therapist, dance therapist, art therapist, or recreation therapist, be registered or eligible for registration in one of those fields, hold a valid California driver’s license, and have two years' experience in a social or recreational program within the past five years, including one year full-time in a client activities program in a healthcare setting. A current CPR certification is preferred.
