Requirements
- Experienced full-funnel Growth Executive with a General Manager (GM) mindset
- Deep customer empathy, relying on data and UXR to inform decisions grounded in strong product intuition and understanding of key growth metrics
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to partner closely with product, engineering, data science, and design teams across Google DeepMind, Google Labs, and major Google Product Areas
- Capability to own initiatives from ideation and creative development to deployment, measurement, and iteration
Responsibilities
- Lead and align the global growth strategy across a large product area, driving clarity on goals for new user discovery, acquisition, activation, and engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Ops teams across Google DeepMind, Labs, and Google Products (e.g., Search, Workspace, YouTube)
- Drive product vision for the Gemini App, 1P Integrations (Google Products), and 3P Integrations to ensure full-funnel thinking and rigorous measurement
- Influence growth strategy by leveraging data, research, and product usage trends, while translating complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive user interfaces
- Develop and execute data-driven experiments to optimize product experiences, improve key growth metrics, and maximize long-term expansion
- Drive execution on high-impact projects by building strong cross-functional relationships and proactively managing them
