Requirements

Candidates should have experience leading product management for developer tools and platforms, with a proven track record of defining strategy and driving execution. Experience with AI-powered development tools, code generation, Git integration, CLI workflows, and cloud infrastructure is required. The ability to lead and grow a team of PMs and collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Marketing is essential. Experience developing packaging and monetization models is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Director of Product Management will define and drive the long-term strategy and roadmap for CodeGen, CodeSync, Frameworks, and Webflow Cloud. They will partner with Engineering Directors to deliver AI-powered codegen and editing workflows, own CodeSync initiatives, and differentiate Webflow Cloud through seamless deploys and infrastructure. The role involves establishing product frameworks for developer experience, leading a team of PMs, and acting as a thought leader on AI dev tools and developer platforms.
