Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)
  • 15+ years of confirmed experience as a Product Owner or Designer, preferably in Analytics or Visualization applications
  • Proven ability to influence and rally stakeholders from senior executives to team members around a vision and gain alignment
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence at all levels
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, balancing tactical execution with strategic vision
  • Proven ability to define and execute visionary strategies in complex, multi-product environments
  • Mix of technical understanding, strategy, and people management; ability to converse fluently with Engineers/Developers on AI/ML concepts
  • Consistent record of delivering successful products ahead of schedule
  • Confirmed organizational skills to run multiple threads simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Passion for shaping the future of creativity and productivity

Responsibilities

  • Craft and evangelize a product strategy anticipating the future of creative work with Agentic AI, Generative AI, automation, and interoperability
  • Drive innovation at scale by delivering seamless Agentic workflows unifying Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and beyond
  • Lead cross-app and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization to produce quality outcomes driving business metrics and OKRs
  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities and define product requirements
  • Define and supervise key performance metrics to evaluate success and identify new avenues
  • Build and maintain the product roadmap across Adobe’s tools and services, identifying and prioritizing new opportunities based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
