Requirements

  • Strong track record of driving tangible business value and outcomes for DoD customers
  • Expertise in application development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data integration
  • Leadership experience of small to medium sized teams
  • Subject matter expertise in PPBE, Resource Planning, and POM cycles
  • Headquarters Air Force (HAF) experience highly preferred
  • Experience developing and maintaining close relationships with senior executives and leaders
  • Technical aptitude and skills in strategy consulting, facilitation, stakeholder management, project management, process optimization, analytics, and AI methods
  • U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residence required
  • Active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (Secret or higher) highly preferred
  • Willingness to lead projects to completion without detailed instruction from company leadership

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of complex enterprise AI software deployments
  • Grow and manage an on-site team
  • Work with reach-back developers and leadership
  • Provide software deliverables to clients, including program management during the period of performance
  • Capture new business opportunities
  • Manage Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong, lasting relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention; work closely with the client to understand their specific needs and guide them through product development and user training
  • Client Training and Onboarding: Drive development and delivery of training tutorials to ensure the client's team is proficient in using Guardian products and applications
  • Integrate Client Feedback: Regularly gather and integrate client feedback
