Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
5+ years of experience in building B2B, multi-tenant SaaS products
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time and within budget
Previous experience as a product-oriented team lead with expertise in one or more programming languages and frameworks, preferably on the JVM
Prior experience in healthcare or life sciences
Prior experience in B2B enterprise sales environment

Recruit and build high-caliber engineering teams

Develop long-term plans for technology development and deployment
Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of products and features
