Requirements

4+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer
3+ years of experience specializing in commercial contracting and transactional law
JD, LLM, or equivalent degree
Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume and variety of complex deals and commercial agreements
Provide practical, action-oriented legal advice to the Procurement, Technical, Sales, and Business Development teams
Develop, maintain, and implement standardized contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines
Work with other legal stakeholders to ensure commercial contracts accurately incorporate necessary regulatory addenda and comply with applicable international regulations
Provide primary support in resolving contract-based disputes or escalations with customers and partners
Partner directly with the Procurement, Advanced Manufacturing, and Sales teams to manage the contracting pipeline, accelerate deal closures, and structure agreements that maximize revenue while minimizing exposure
