Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Channel Strategy: Design and implement regional channel strategies that maximize partner performance and accelerate growth across global distribution networks
  • Recruit & Onboard Partners: Create and execute a Go-to-Market plan to identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners aligned with Hoist’s product portfolio, strengthening our market position
  • Optimize Performance: Monitor partner KPIs, lead regular business reviews, and implement improvement plans to drive revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Enable & Empower Partners: Deliver training, marketing support, and commercial guidance to ensure partners have the tools and knowledge to succeed
  • Governance & Accountability: Establish governance frameworks for partner engagement, including joint business planning, incentive programs, and operational alignment
  • Drive Growth Initiatives: Lead structured referral programs and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Planet’s broader sales teams to generate new business
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to integrate partner activities into Hoist’s strategic roadmap
