The Regional Sales Director must live in the Southwest region and may travel in excess of 50%. They must meet authorization training requirements to support TAVI procedures and provide competent clinical coaching. Responsibilities include setting sales strategy, managing territory managers and clinical sales specialists, assisting with contract negotiation, customer engagement, performance management, and clinical competency development.
The Regional Sales Director will support and achieve the regional sales plan, develop a safe learning environment and positive team culture, and create an entrepreneurial work environment. They will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop direct reports, foster a diverse workplace, and assist individuals with goals, development plans, and performance reviews. The role involves driving customer and account engagement planning, providing accurate sales forecasting, and monitoring team compliance with various systems.
