Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling and leading a Marketing Operations team
  • Expertise in marketing technology stack management (HubSpot, LeanData, Qualified, Outreach, 6sense, Bizible)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, attribution, forecasting, and reporting
  • Experience with AI, ABM, and automation platforms
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, scoring, routing, and SLAs
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and measurement plans
  • Strong understanding of campaign architecture, enrollment, and performance reporting
  • Experience developing and managing marketing enablement programs
  • Ability to partner effectively with Sales and other RevOps team members

Responsibilities

  • Operationally scale and lead a high‑performing Marketing Operations team
  • Act as a strategic advisor to marketing leadership stakeholders
  • Own core marketing systems and data model
  • Evaluate, implement, and transform the marketing technology stack
  • Architect lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and SLAs
  • Deliver executive‑grade reporting and insights
  • Establish and enforce a comprehensive data governance framework
  • Stand up a robust experimentation framework and measurement plan
  • Develop and manage a marketing enablement program
  • Partner with Sales and other RevOps team members to align definitions, dashboards, and capacity plans
