Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience as a platform engineer, with a strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices. Experience with infrastructure automation and cloud technologies is highly desirable, as is familiarity with large-scale systems and distributed environments.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining the Ashby platform, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and security. You will work closely with product engineers to design and implement solutions that meet their needs, while also contributing to the overall architecture and development of the platform. Specifically, you will optimize the recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler, create automated guardrails for customer data security, and help developers ship features fast through canary deployments, ultimately contributing to a seamless and secure developer and user experience.
