Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of international transportation and Customs Compliance
Direct the Transportation team to meet service level goals, optimize freight costs, minimize tariff exposure, and maintain regulatory compliance
Establish relationships with key logistics providers and develop supply chain solutions
Provide strategic oversight of the department to address business and import market changes
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., DCs, Merchandising, Finance, Planning and Allocations)
Develop team members through clear objectives, performance monitoring, guidance, and cross-exposure to industry aspects
Maintain high customer service levels for external and internal stakeholders
Monitor KPIs, recommend provider changes to improve service/costs, and lead annual pricing events
Stay current on Customs/Tariff regulations and advise stakeholders on supply chain/cost impacts
Sustain and enhance trade and security compliance programs for top-tier US Customs importer status
Maintain market expertise to select optimal logistics providers aligned with company needs
