Responsibilities

Partner with VP of Global Communications and HR to transform internal communications and employee engagement strategy, aligning with mission, values, and objectives
Translate executive priorities and complex business shifts into clear, inspiring, actionable messaging for all levels and regions
Lead communications for change management programs, strategic updates, and cultural initiatives, providing frameworks, counsel, and messaging
Oversee and refine internal communication channels (e.g., announcements, newsletters, intranet, Slack, video, social), ensuring consistent tone, cadence, and visual identity
Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping internal voice and supporting key leaders with talking points, FAQs, presentations, and scripts for town halls, all-hands, and updates
Establish metrics (e.g., engagement data, sentiment analysis, feedback) to evaluate and improve communications effectiveness
Partner with HR and cross-functional leaders to design and execute culture-strengthening initiatives, reinforcing values and celebrating achievements globally
Lead and develop a team of internal communications professionals, fostering collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement
