Responsibilities

  • Develop and institute a strategy for innovation and commercialization of Health OS for external market entry
  • Stand up a new operational arm focusing on innovation strategy and commercialization, separate from core internal operations
  • Review, analyze, and make recommendations on rate actions for existing products
  • Monitor business performance and the competitive environment
  • Ensure business plans meet competitive and legislative needs
  • Establish external offering development policies to guide internal product development
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure compliance and development meets expectations
  • Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports
