Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-volume HR Shared Services environment required
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented management style focused on delivering ROI
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong internal partnerships across a large, multi-unit organization
  • In-depth knowledge of HR operations and practices, including generalist experience and expertise in shared services models
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills (verbal and written), with fluency in English
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for U.S. travel and the physical stamina to meet job demands

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR Shared Services operations by defining strategy, delivering a best-in-class employee experience, and driving performance through service level agreements (SLAs) and key operational metrics
  • Enhance HR technology and case management systems to streamline processes, automate workflows, and expand self-service capabilities for real-time support
  • Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to align HR services with evolving business needs and shape a cohesive, company-wide employee experience
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth through ongoing training, development, and leadership support
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, gaming regulations, and internal policies through rigorous process governance and oversight
  • Communicate the HR Shared Services vision and complex concepts effectively across all levels of the organization, adapting messaging to varied audiences
  • Provide strategic guidance to HR leaders enterprise-wide to ensure consistent execution of Shared Services practices and a unified employee experience
