Requirements

  • Seasoned and strategic HR leader experience
  • Ability to oversee global HR Operational Excellence & Program Management function
  • Reporting to VP, HR Enablement, with collaboration across HR leadership team
  • Expertise in shaping and executing HR's operating rhythm, strategic goal planning, and continuous improvement
  • Skills in leading enterprise-wide HR initiatives in process excellence, program management, and operational readiness
  • Knowledge of preparing HR for future automation and AI integration
  • Experience managing HR budget, including forecasting, resource planning, and execution in partnership with Finance and HR leadership
  • Located in Milwaukee, WI global headquarters on a hybrid in-office schedule

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic partner to HR leadership team, driving development and execution of HR's operating rhythm and integrated business objectives using technology and data-driven tools for goal setting, alignment, and performance tracking
  • Promote transparency and alignment across extended HR teams by communicating strategic priorities and operating rhythm
  • Partner with HR Technology on digital strategy, technology integration into operating rhythm, and budget planning/forecasting
  • Work with Director of People Relations & Transformation to support deployment and execution of HR Strategic Framework
  • Foster culture of operational excellence by establishing clear ownership for HR processes
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline and automate HR processes for scalability and efficiency
  • Prepare HR for automation and AI by partnering with process owners to identify opportunities, document workflows, and build capabilities
  • Represent HR in enterprise-wide initiatives (e.g., business continuity, resiliency, continuous improvement) as strategic liaison with cross-functional teams
  • Share insights, requirements, and expectations from enterprise initiatives to inform HR planning, prioritization, and execution
  • Manage HR organization's budget with focus on strategic alignment, resource optimization, and operational discipline
  • Partner with CHRO to integrate budget planning and forecasting into HR's strategic agenda and operating rhythm
  • Collaborate with Finance to support cost center managers in budget management, forecasting, and alignment with HR financial goals
  • Foster high-performing, collaborative team culture emphasizing accountability, innovation, continuous learning, and trusted partnerships
