Requirements

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation capabilities, are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or equivalent, prior experience managing a portfolio of healthcare products/services (especially in home health), and demonstrated success in enterprise-level, multi-channel marketing within regulated industries.

Responsibilities

The Director, Home Solutions Marketing will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Home Solutions line of business, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth, brand, and patient experience goals. This role involves serving as a senior strategic partner to business unit leadership, building and developing a high-performing marketing strategy team, and collaborating with other marketing disciplines. Responsibilities include creating and evolving messaging frameworks and value propositions, developing a strategic learning agenda informed by market research, defining KPIs, tracking performance, and optimizing plans to maximize ROI. The Director will manage marketing initiative intake, oversee the marketing budget, and identify new opportunities to expand reach and adoption of home health services.
