Requirements

  • Expertise in healthcare sector, particularly Cardiovascular solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, stroke, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation

  • Knowledge of IDNs (Integrated Delivery Networks), MCS programs, and value-based clinical solutions

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and maintain a team of highly functional leaders, setting direction and overseeing performance to drive team success
  • Ensure all activities adhere to the highest standards of integrity and comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
  • Cultivate sustainable relationships with healthcare executives, clinicians, and key decision-makers to support account growth and strategic alignment
  • Coordinate with internal resources to address customer needs and facilitate successful adoption of solutions
  • Lead the development of comprehensive account plans for healthcare systems and IDNs
  • Collaborate across functions (e.g., Healthcare Solutions, Commercial Team, Professional Education, Data Analytics) to execute account strategies
  • Build and manage MCS programs within and across IDNs to drive growth at targeted accounts
  • Establish and execute account strategies aligning internal resources with customer needs for long-term objectives
