Responsibilities

  • Lead Pharmacy and Vision Care Operations teams and support corporate/regional management
  • Set expectations for implementing field merchandise strategies and operations, with accountability for P&L results
  • Work with managers to identify priority initiatives to enhance operational performance and meet standards
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify root causes of operational shortfalls and develop action plans to address deficiencies and maximize productivity
  • Provide direct coaching, leadership, and guidance to managers; collaborate on career goals and ensure consistent processes
  • Communicate clear expectations for operational processes and maintain image standards to enhance brand and market share
  • Maximize sales and profit in every store by monitoring metrics (script count, sales, indexed cost to sell, operating income, shrink, volume)
  • Conduct monthly P&L reviews and participate in regular team meetings to align on goals and strategies
