Requirements

They must have at least 7 years of experience in growth marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing roles, demonstrating a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition through successful marketing campaigns. Strong leadership and hands-on management skills are also required, along with experience overseeing multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Responsibilities

The Director of Growth Campaigns will develop and refine a strategic growth campaign roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth targets, leveraging market research and customer data. They will provide hands-on leadership to a team of campaign managers and specialists, actively participating in campaign planning, execution, and optimization. The role involves overseeing the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing channels, defining target audience segments and developing personalized messaging, utilizing data analytics to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights, driving experimentation and optimization through A/B tests and multivariate tests, managing campaign budgets effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution. Finally, the Director will generate performance reports and dashboards to communicate campaign results and inform strategic decision-making.
