Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including global program design and management, or an advanced degree with 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, including global program design and management
  • 7+ years of management experience
  • Preferred: Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP)
  • Preferred: Demonstrated expertise in short-term incentive, sales compensation, and executive compensation for public companies
  • Preferred: Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience influencing senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and governance of global compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market best practices
  • Oversee the design, administration, and communication of short-term incentive (STI) plans, including eligibility, performance metrics, and payout processes
  • Develop and manage sales compensation programs in partnership with Finance that drive performance and support business growth, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and market competitiveness
  • Provide support for executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual and long-term incentives, and equity-based compensation (in partnership with the Equity Manager), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with shareholder interests
  • Provide expert consultation and guidance to HR business partners and senior leaders on compensation-related matters, including market analysis, job evaluation, and pay equity
  • Monitor global compensation trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to inform program design and ensure ongoing competitiveness and compliance
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, incentive calculations, and compensation-related communications
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and external consultants to ensure effective governance, reporting, and compliance for all compensation programs
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors, as needed
  • Support global M&A activities and integration efforts from a compensation perspective
  • Manage and develop a high-performing compensation team
