Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the global CRM strategy for B2C sellers, from onboarding through retention, leveraging AI for 1:1 personalized experiences at scale
  • Own CRM performance metrics and deliver against clear growth KPIs (Gross Merchandise Value, engagement, action adoption)
  • Design the global seller lifecycle, including automated journeys and personalized communications across email and in-product messaging
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of 10+ CRM managers and campaign specialists across regions
  • Partner with Data Science, MarTech, and CRM AI Transformation teams to advance segmentation, dynamic content, AI-powered personalization, and experimentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, data-driven programs that fuel sustainable success
  • Shape and lead eBay’s global CRM strategy for B2C sellers, driving engagement, retention, and growth across lifecycle stages and channels
