Responsibilities

Develop and lead the global CRM strategy for B2C sellers, from onboarding through retention, leveraging AI for 1:1 personalized experiences at scale
Own CRM performance metrics and deliver against clear growth KPIs (Gross Merchandise Value, engagement, action adoption)
Design the global seller lifecycle, including automated journeys and personalized communications across email and in-product messaging
Build and mentor a high-performing team of 10+ CRM managers and campaign specialists across regions
Partner with Data Science, MarTech, and CRM AI Transformation teams to advance segmentation, dynamic content, AI-powered personalization, and experimentation
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, data-driven programs that fuel sustainable success
Shape and lead eBay’s global CRM strategy for B2C sellers, driving engagement, retention, and growth across lifecycle stages and channels
