Requirements

14+ years hands on experience as a full stack software engineer
Skilled in all aspects of software development lifecycle
Hands on experience designing, building, and supporting high transaction applications
Deep experience enabling scalability, availability, intelligent monitoring, and performance
Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop technology associates
Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Champion, identify, and drive development standards to improve quality, efficiency, reliability, and consistency
Partner across the chapter area and product area to define and implement engineering standards, methodologies, and best practices
Provide full stack engineering thought leadership to advance the Digital Experience
Collaborate with technology and business partners across Fidelity to provide strategic input into the long-term direction and roadmaps
Lead the definition and implementation of best in class engineering solutions and enable engineering excellence across the chapter
Grow full stack engineering talent through coaching and mentoring
Lead the development of high performance, responsive user interfaces
Help deliver the best digital experience for Workplace Investing’s Employer Digital products
